Its so sad to lose a good post

The lower east side premier of Ghosty was a smash! Great crowd, fun night, friends in the audience and free drinks from the cute bartender (she's America's answer to Isabelle Adjani but younger and not an international film star)
Rappaport rocked the beautiful pop stylings in his quirky "one guitar, one sequencer, one man" way (plus some piano tinklings)
Peter Sallett soothed us with his super folksy set-beautiful voice he's got

This weekend: Who wants to go to Oktoberfest in Munich? I guess its just me then : )
Two days of work meetings and two days of aimless bavarian funtimes

The Silos will be doing a little jaunt down to VA, etc so no honey in the fatherland with me (so sad)

Commemorative activities:
being thankful
being patient
being kind
feeling generous and open to my fellow human animals
savoring our good fortune to have our little family intact
not all in NYC but that would be asking too much I guess
remebering not just what happened but the optimism, trust and kindness of before
trying to extend that feeling and share it

um since a certain cutie is emulating my stylie-watch for new page look soon : )
also not to boast but check alexfw for my little bit of good news
Yea
I've not posted in quite in a while...

but now that any summer moments will be serendipitous rather than de riguer I guess I'll muster the will to focus on life here in the city and oppress summer fever. It's time to quickly store hay, prepare for winter FILL the WELL-what have you. Fall which is now upon us (tho in my heart its still the indian summer period) and this time of year is typically one of renewed class taking for all, getting busy, lining up projects and making grown-up plans. In order to support all of this reaseonable activity I'm going to have to enjoy a lot of the entertainment our city has to offer and maybe provide some as well...
One bit of inspiring news, Madame Butterfly is on the lineup for the Met season (I hope its that tiny Chilean goddess who made me cry like a baby last time)
What's her name? anyone? sistra, chewy, el jefe? JHP its the same woman we sae in La traviata...help
By the way-if you are the sort who takes advantage of the months between Memorial Day and Labor Day for a certain indulgence-
put those white pumps away now!
