Oh last minute addition
TONIGHT
August 5th
I will be a guest (mysterious foreign opera singer) on the William Shakespeare Prime Time Free for All , 8:30pm Tobacco Road-scroll down for location/details

Wednesday is the Tex in the City happy hour party at Serena (the Bar below the Chelsea Hotel.) Its a bunch of transplanted texans, cheap drinks, cool bar-sort of a network builder for people who came up here to persue their art/passion what have you...
A friend highly recommends it and Serena, the hostess/bar owner, is very interested in helping support arts organizations-she practically begged me to throw a fundraiser there that they would co-promote/produce-too bad I'm not producing anything to raise funds for....

Also,
competing with the Nina gig on Saturday (listed below) are:
Konrad playing with Tom Fruend also at the Knitting Factory
and Pamela Miller at the Living Room (9pm?)

there is some bizarre karmic force which somehow twists fate so that Pam and Konrad always have shows on the same night (at different locales) odd...
